Ordering Policies

PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE USING
VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
Your credit card will not be charged until merchandise is packed and ready to ship.

INTERNET ORDERING
Our Shopping Cart is set up on much of the site and offers secure ordering.

BY MAIL
Please print your order from the web site and mail it to the address below.
Be sure to include your check/money order made payable to Baltazor Fabric Boutique LLC
or include your credit card number with expiration date and exact name on card.
4% sales tax is charged to all Louisiana residents as well as regular shipping & handling fees.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Some merchandise might be available only by Special Order. We will contact you about the
special order status and the availability of the merchandise. You can still place your order through the web-site.
We will charge your card for half of the merchandise total as a deposit on the order. We will notify you when the item is ready
to ship, and at that time, charge your card for the balance, plus the shipping cost.

If, after the order is placed, the item becomes unavailable...your entire deposit will be refunded.

If, after you place the order, the item won't be available until a future date and you decide to wait...
our anticipated arrival date is moved up and your deposit will be held.

If you cancel the order after one week before our anticipated date of arrival...you will receive a partial refund.
We must charge a re-stocking fee. We will deduct 20% of the total merchandise order from the deposit
and refund the difference. For expample: If the total merchandise order is $200.00, you put a deposit of $100.00.
The re-stocking fee of 20% of $200.00; $40.00 will be duducted from the deposit and you will receive a $60.00 refund.

If you cancel the order after we receive the merchandise...your deposit will not be refunded.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.
Please allow 7 - 10 business days to receive your in stock merchandise.
If your entire order is not available for immediate shipment you will be notified.
Shipping Prices are subject to change in accordance with US Postal rates.

TIMELY DELIVERY
Items in stock are shipped within 5 business days.
While USPS Priority Mail does average 2-3 business days, this is not guaranteed by the post office.
Please allow 7 - 10 business days to receive your in stock merchandise.
If an item is out of stock we will notify you promptly.
Items ordered at the same time may not necessarily be shipped in the same package.
Please allow time for processing and shipping when placing your order.

RETURNS
We take great care when filling orders to ensure quality product and check fabric before it is cut,
therefore we cannot accept returns on fabrics or laces cut to your requirements.
We cannot accept returns on Books, Patterns, Smocking Plates or other copyrighted material.
All other items can be exchanged or returned for store credit only and are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
We must be notified of items for return or exchange within 21 days of shipping date and no returns will be credited unless authorized by email.

Items purchased while in our store are inspected by customer upon buying and are not refundable.
